You can update your payment details in your customer account. Please note that the update function may only be fully available if the current direct debit was not successful.
Change payment details
This way you can change credit card information, switch between two Paypal accounts or switch from Paypal to credit card.
- Go to ‘Update payment’ in your customer account.
- Select ‘Update details’ here.
- Update your details:
- Credit card: Fill in the relevant fields and save the changes.
- Paypal: here you will be forwarded directly to Paypal where you can change your settings.
Update or enter new payment details
This way, you can switch to any of the payment methods offered.
- Go to ‘Update payment’ in your customer account.
- The subscription for which the direct debit was not successful will now be displayed here. Select ‘Update payment method’ here.
- You will now be redirected to the shopping basket on our website. Please go through the payment or order process again in this way.
- This will not change the remaining term of your subscription. You will also not create an additional subscription. The payment will only be deposited again.
- Finalise the "Purchase" and enter your new, current or updated payment details.
- When you complete the process, you should arrive at the order overview. The update of your payment has then worked.
The subscription has now been updated with the new payment details and the next order of your subscription has been triggered. The old version of the subscription should have been cancelled automatically. These changes may not be displayed in your customer account until later in the day - please be patient and do not repeat the update process!
If you have already cancelled your subscription before the update, you will have to cancel it again for the new version of the subscription.
